More time saving, less time wasting
Our new features are based on customer feedback and their need to get more done in less time. We also conducted interviews with several customers to know what feature updates they would like to see.
1. People management: Import employee profiles
Employees are the heart of the company and they are also the heart of an HR system. It is vital to have all the employee data ready to perform daily HR operations. If your company has more than a handful of employees, it usually takes much time to import their profiles one by one.
Now, via the Import employee profiles feature, you can import data in bulk at one time. Just copy all your information to the ready-made CSV file, then it is good to go.
2. Recruitment: Hire faster
CV bulk upload

Most companies have a huge database of CVs of past candidates. These are collected from multiple sources and need to be stored so they can have easy access to it later. To get this done, HR personnel have to manually upload these CVs one by one - a very stressful and time-consuming task.
As part of our new feature update, we are introducing the CV bulk upload. With this feature, you get to upload candidates' CVs in bulk. Once you upload these CVs, they will automatically be filled in the information fields in the system. You will be able to easily access them when you need to.
With all the past candidate's CV in one place, you will have a talent pool to fill for upcoming job positions.
Candidate data syncing:

After successfully hiring a candidate, HR goes through the whole process of inputting their information into the employee profile. This has to be done even though the candidate information is already there - thereby wasting precious time.
To help you speed up this process, we have the Sync up recruitment and employee management. This feature lets you sync up candidate information who is at the hiring stage with employee information. Adopting this can save you 25% time on the onboarding process. You will also be able to close the gap between a recruiter and an HRBP.
To use this feature, move the candidate to the “Hire” stage. Their profile automatically updates in the employee profile. All you have to do is fill in the missing fields. It is that simple.
3. Engagement: Onboard and Off-board employees easier
Ready-made checklist template:
Many companies don’t have a consistent onboarding/off-boarding process. This makes the process tedious and complicated leaving unwanted impressions on employees.
To help solve this, we have a ready-made checklist templates feature. With this feature, HR can easily customize the template for better cross-department cooperation. You can also create your own checklist. As a result of this feature, you will be able to ensure the same smooth and consistent experience for each and every employee.
To access the ready-made checklist template, go to the Settings section. There, you will be able to choose the template you want. For example, you can select a checklist for the IT team to ensure the new employee workstation is prepared in advance.
Onboarding/off-boarding view:
According to our user interviews with HRBP who are in charge of these processes, 80% of their time is spent on onboarding and off-boarding employees. 40% of that time is spent on collecting and tracking documents while reminding employees of their due date as they don't have an overview of the process.
With our new onboarding/off-boarding all-in-one view, you will know and focus on the tasks that need your attention most. Now you can set automated emails to remind employees of what they should do.
Self-onboard from Employee App:
Not every one of your employees will have access to a desktop device. However, you can still have them onboard themselves via the Employee App.
According to a Career Builder study, 70% of employees keep their phones within eye contact at work. Also, using a work-related app can boost your employees’ productivity by as much as 34%. Letting your employees have access to the Employee App will make them not only respond quickly to tasks but also be more productive.
Our new self-board features allow your new hires onboard themselves while you work on other things. You get to set employees’ tasks and let them get timely reminders about them on their mobile. Now every action after sending your employees their welcome message can be easily automated. Your employees will get their tasks and input their personal details, numbers, and documents without you having to do much.
The self-onboard on the Employee App feature is very simple to use. The onboarding checklist will be synced automatically when you assign a checklist for an employee and it will show up on their personal dashboard.
