That’s why we have added a new setting called Seniority Leave at Time Off Policy, which allows you to set up criteria for adding days off for employees based on their seniority. This enhancement will automatically calculate and update the time off balance for each employee who meets the criteria, saving you time and hassle.

With the Senority Leave setting, you can:

• Create different seniority leave rules for different time off policies
• Specify the number of extra days off and the service years required for each rule
  Apply the rules to existing or new employees who follow the time off policy
• View the seniority leave details and history for each employee
