Overview

A crucial part of the onboarding process is getting your new hires familiar with the rules and regulations that guide your organization. To do this efficiently, companies need to have an employee code of conduct policy that will then be given to new employees along with the Employee Handbook.

A code of conduct is used to set and maintain a standard for acceptable behaviour to every employee in a company. It serves as a reminder to the employees of what the company expects from them. In addition, it highlights the disciplinary actions employees will face if they break the conduct.
