Responsiveness – Is the candidate familiar with the latest marketing strategies? What new marketing strategy will the candidate like to implement if employed?

Passion – Is the candidate passionate about his/her career in marketing? What does he/she love most about working in marketing?

Teamwork – Can the candidate describe the time they worked with highly creative people. How was his/her previous work relationship like?

Overall Impression – Final thoughts. What action will be taken with the candidate?
