Overview

The chances of losing a new employee in their early days with your company are high if they are not properly onboarded. About 40% of employees leave their job within the first six months. To countermeasure this problem, companies need to have a new hire launchpad.

A new hire launchpad introduces your organization and employees to your new hires. It explains their responsibilities to the team and details what is expected of them on their first day, first week, and first 100 days. With a new hire launchpad, an organization will ensure the proper onboarding of their new employees.

At Grove HR, we have created this well-structured new hire launchpad template to save you the trouble of creating one from scratch. This template includes checklists for all of the tasks an employee needs to complete within their first 90 days on the job, including training sessions, time off requests, and more. It also provides HR managers with guidance on their expectations from employees when using this template.
