Teamwork – Has the candidate worked with other team members during past sales experience? What noteworthy contribution have they made as a member of a sales team?
Achievement – Have the candidate consistently met their sales goals at their previous job?
Communication – Can the candidate hold a clear conversation? Will the candidate thrive in a team environment with the need for communication?
Overall Impression – Final thoughts. What action will be taken with the candidate?
