  • Possesses extraordinary negotiating skills that have helped generate outstanding profits for the brand.

  • Possesses a workable relationship with teams from other departments in developing plans that align with the company's goals.

2. You and your manager

Feedback to your leader: Eg. the delegation of tasks, responsibilities and competence. 

Ex: Mary believes her tasks are not overwhelming and she is competent enough to work on them. 

Career Development in the long-term

Reflections on job opportunities, other tasks, new disciplines, etc. Do you need support from your manager to achieve your development goals?

Ex:

  • Mary will like to venture into marketing sometime in the future. 
  • She will appreciate more correspondence with the marketing department to enhance her skills. 

Work-life balance

How do you feel about your work-life balance? Do your career ambitions correspond with your personal relationships (family life, marriage, having children)? Are there other issues you would like to discuss?

  • Joe is undergoing a divorce which mildly affects his work input.
